I took my life in my hands, scrapped the mould off the chorizo and ate a chunk.

No gastric excitement has ensued.

They must be safe.

    Very wise, Jon. Eating a chunk sounds quite safe to me. When will you be trying the mold or the chorizo?

    How do they taste? Culinary Christmas gifts always appreciated by the extended family. Or are there postal restrictions on these things?
